Sir, I ordered one saree for rs.399 with free shipping for all orders in "http://phonocart.in"which ad was came in my facebook page. My order no.41661 dated 25.9.2018. I also paid amount of rs.399 from my credit card to this product. They promised order will be delivered in 8-10days. But till now i am not getting any updates from this company. Even after my order i didnot got any product details messages to my mobile / email. After some days i noticed this and i emailed to company mailid "phonocart.[protected]@gmail.com", but no response.in website no login is working and no contact numbers displayed. I also noticed same type of another online shopping site named "http://clothesfactory.in" with same as "http://phonocart.in" which is fraud and bogus. Please take action in this matter. I'm also order one product 499 its delivered within 8-10 days. But now its crossed 16 days still now not delivered no one response me. Please send my ordered product or cash return to my account

i have booked one saree on 23.9.18 and paid Rs.399 through my credit card and got order no 38961 i have not receive the saree and i had submitted the complain in phonocart site but there is no reply

Hie, i have placed my order on NOV 4 2018. of worth 949 and still my order is in processing. my order number is 37620 . i have dropped many emails and many calls to them. is this the fake site? there is no update from their end they took my money and still there is no proper response. really fed up of this site. it is not even showing cancel order. i need my money back. if you u cant deliver the products give my money back. and i sent many mails to phonocart for not even one mail it got responsed. rply as soon as possible
I have ordered a party wear gown worth Rs.499, and free shipping was there for product...I ordered on 26/09/018. They promised order will be delievered in 8-10 days...but still it didnt reach...it seems totally fraudulent and it is making people fool. Plzz take serious action against this..
