PickMe India — samsung galaxy s5 neither returned nor any kind of reimbursement. | |||
I had made a claim for my accidental totally damaged samsung galaxy s5. Pick me buddy ashpak shaik collected my phone on 08-02-16 and the request date was[protected] and the claim was approved in the same month. Since then, 20 months have passed and i am just being given dates and there is no sign of any reimbursement. Also the customer helpline does not work most of the time. I am attaching the job sheet as well as the tax invoice of insurance purchase. Kindly take note of this inconvenience caused or i will have to take this matter into legal hands as a fraudulent case. I ordered a combo gown bt i received 3 sarees in bad product . And i think picker i a fake app bcoz here is everyone saying that they received a wrong product . I want my gown or my refund .
