Pickrr.com — the product misplaced I ordered gown but given sarees

I ordered a gown for 2 which costs 999 and shipping charges 100. I ordered it on 19/3/2019. But the send me 3 sarees which is not even worth of 1000 rs. And i called customer care she safe call to other number but no number is available. I want to return the order and get my money back
