Pickrr — Fake RTO and No Response

Pickrr.com is a courier service provider which integrates all courier companies and automates the booking/delivery.

Pickrr.com's server is not that great which it claims to be one. They have made a safe way to cheat their customers. The best part is that they earn double if the receiver of the courier denies to accept the courier. In this case, pickrr.com earns double the price of single side.

That where their little scam gets money from the customer's pockets to theirs. They promote all their channel partners to make as much RTO's as possible so that the amount keeps getting double. (RTO- Return of Goods to Original Pickup Address).

They allow us 3 attempts to make sure that we get a chance to talk to our customers (receiver of courier) if they have rejected it purposely or if the delivery agent has not yet contacted and has made a fake delivery attempt. These 3 attempts can be checked from time to time (on daily basis) on each courier in one of the tab on their website.

Complaint: 8 out of 10 cases of my customers says that either they have not receiver a single call from delivery agent or they have asked of a specific delivery future date or time or the delivery agent has told them that the courier is torn and cannot be delivered (fake). Only 2 out of 10 cases are genuine.

Most of our time goes in resolving these issues. One of the recent case was, all 3 attempts were made within 16 hours of 1st attempt. Usually 3 attempts are done in 3-4 days until advised by receiver of a future specific date.

But how can we concentrate on building a business if we cannot safely and truly deliver our goods to our customers. How can we really cut the channel partners and make our brand D2C if only these type of courier service is available in our country.
