Pickrr — Lost parcel of return

Hello, 20th April my order is returned to the dealer by delhivery courier service, but the dealer is not picking up the parcel till now, and tracking status is the lost my parcel, now i need my money or replace order, delivery courier service told to talk to u about order replace, return, refund any thing else, for now i dont have goods or money .
