I Am A Client Of This Courier Aggregator Company Pickrr I Send A Parcel Thru This Company To My Buyers One Of The Shipment I Shipped In 28/3/22 The Shipment Marked As LOST In 21/4/22 And I Raised A Ticket In PIckrr On 23/4/22 That My Shipment Is LOST Please Provide Me Refund The Ticket ID Is 426232 And They Give Me Time For Investigating After A Week And Above In 5/5/22 I Create A New Ticket ID 451455 I Tell Them In The Ticket I Cant Received My Money Yet From 5/5/22 To Till Date They Provide Fake Proofs Of Payments Credit Notes Fake Promises Of 24 To 48 Hours But Not Giving The Amount Of Lost Shipment I Specially Highlight Some Name Of This Company Those Doing This Ankur And Abhishek From Dispute Team Of Pickrr I Have Done 15/20 Complaints Thru Call On The Same Issue But Not Resolve Yet
