I am using Pickrr service for my business name Makestore. It has no human customer support and hasn't given any valid contact number on the internet.
I dispatched two orders, one order worth 1.79 lacs, one order through Ekart and another order through Xpressbees courier. Both the orders are lost, because order detail hasn't updated sinch a month and other has no update after pickup.
Pls, help me get my orders back. My customers have lost trust in my business.
