Package with AWB[protected], booked on 9th from Pune to Aligarh. Reached Aligarh on 16th. But, marked return due to improper packing. No information provided to us as the customer. The package was properly packed in a heavy insulated styrofoam container. I shared the pictures of the package at the time of hand over to the delivery agent.
On repeated follow ups, Pickrr provided pictures of damaged parcel on 28th & today they say that the package is lost in transit.
They charged me around 2k for sending & return of parcel. 4k worth of products are present in the parcel. Now, they say that they are not liable for the lost package while on their website they have mentioned that they will pay for the lost items. They will only pay 2k for settling this - the amount that I already paid for the transit.
Attaching pictures of the parcel at the time of handover to the pick up agent & of the damaged parcel provided by Pickrr. This is clearly a case of theft as such heavy packaging cannot be damaged unless done intentionally. We had also written "Handle with care" on the package.
This is totally unacceptable. They are stealing the packages of customers & then saying they are not liable for the package. Was this information helpful? |
