Pickrr — product not delivered

Hi, i've ordered 2 go-pro cameras online, none have been delivered yet, the tracking id #[protected]. Please look into this before it's taken legally. If i'm not receiving my product by today eod, then you'll have to face the consequences as i'll talking it legally. Also note that the amount for the product is already paid online. Note: i've been getting messages that product is already dispatched from your (Pickrr) end. So i don't think the issue is with the seller, the cause of the issue seems to be the courier service.
