This is regarding to register the complaint an order received as wrong item on 16/12/20. Order details as below, Website name: WALTRZ Courier: ECOMMEXPRESS Order date: 16/12/20 Ordered by: Arulselvan velayutham Order ID: 11DEC442 (Printed in parcel) Order No. 2628 (Received in message) Product: Combo sale of the month Item: HONOR Magic Watch 2 (Buy 1 Get 1) Price of item: 1799rs AW No.: [protected] No. of item: 1 Delivery address: C7, apex lab (plant 2), SIDCO Pharmaceutical complex, Alathur, Thiruporur Chengalpattu, Chennai, Kanchipuram, Tamil nadu, 603110 I have ordered one item (item name mentioned above) and received the wrong one. I selected the payment mode is cash on delivery. Item delivered on 16/12/20 and I paid through Google pay amount is 1799rs. While opening the parcel, we found that the item received is different from what i ordered. Immediately I tried to reach the number which given in message received from ECOMMEXPRESS but I unable to reach the phone number. Also I searched the contact details related to return of this item in WALTRZ website but there is no contact details given in website. I don’t know how to return my item to get my amount back.
