Pickrr — Wrong and fake product received

I ordered for titan raga watch and i have recieved wrong and fake product. I got box of fastrack and a duplicate watch .I want to return and get refund. I kindly request you to place my return request . I am lawyer by profession . I will have to proceed with filing case on your company . Its my humble request to you to place return request of my order.
