February 15, 2017 I canceled my order[protected]for a supposed to be flowers for my wife but it was not delivered to its destination (Philippines).
I ask for a refund and they said it will be processed for 7 days. February 28, 2017, I followed up my refund but a lot of alibis and explanations. Today is May 1, 2017 and yet my refund was not yet paid back to my account. Two months already past but pickupflowers.com did not take any actions about this. Was this information helpful? |
