[Resolved] Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — faulty stove burner
I bought a 2 burner stove on 12th september 2017 and from the day of its second usage it is not working. Both the burners turn off if i keep the knob on low flame.
I tried to contact the local shop from where i bought the stove, no action.
Then i contacted pigeon customer care on 12th october 2017, and ever since i have been trying to follow up, but to no avail. The complaint id is 812059.
I have never come across such a pathetic customer care, and such a pathetic kitchen appliance.
I want the pigeon to replace the product or repair it, whatever seems fit.

I had also posted a complaint on their page in FB, and after a few hours I got a call from Mr. Swami 8197016006 to know about the issue. I also received an email from stovekraft. Service technician Mohammad Ali 08523858254 was assigned the issue. He came to my house and he resolved the issue. But not a good experience overall, and I would never buy any Pigeon product ever again, nor would I recommend it to a friend.
