I bought a 2 burner stove on 12th september 2017 and from the day of its second usage it is not working. Both the burners turn off if i keep the knob on low flame.
I tried to contact the local shop from where i bought the stove, no action.
Then i contacted pigeon customer care on 12th october 2017, and ever since i have been trying to follow up, but to no avail. The complaint id is 812059. .
I have never come across such a pathetic customer care, and such a pathetic kitchen appliance.
I want the pigeon to replace the product or repair it, whatever seems fit. Was this information helpful? |
इंडक्शन के चलते चलते बंद हो जाने पर उसे सर्विस सेंटर ले जाने का फैसला लिया, , पर यह खी भीं सर्विस संटर नही मिला, फिर बिग बाज़ार ले गये २७/१०/२०१७ को उन्होंने ७२ घंटे में सही कर के देने को कहा पर आज १० दी हो गये कुछ नही हुआ,
