Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — gas stove blackline cooktop

Ultra black line cooktop has some issues with gas regulator, so it is prone to catch fire and had already been a cause of accident of catching fire..
Please send man to repair it as it's in warranty period.. It was very horrible experience, i had to rush through kitchen and shut the main valve immediately..
This is very rubbish from pigeon..
Please help me to resolve this issue..

Recently 15 days back Pigeon CRUISE Induction Cooktop purchased from Amazon it was functioning last day but today EO displaying on the electronic board, how rectify the problem.
