An induction cooktop (Cooker) was purchased in oct 2018 through bestprice located at sikandara agra. The model was manufactured and marketed by stove kraft pvt ltd, banglore. Induction cooktop is not getting powered on from last one month and product is under warranty. Toll free no. Of consumer cell[protected] is not in working condition and tried to contact over email id ([protected]@stovekraft.com) also but complaint not attended so far. It is requested to kindly take necessary actions in this regard on priority.
