I had purchased an induction cooktop on the 23rd of september 2017, at one of the department stores in vallikavu, near amrita university, as i work her, the name of the store is "margin-free supermarket", vallikavu. It is very disappointing to see that brand new item is not working and i am facing lots of hardships.
