Hi sir/madam, We bought a pigeon 4 burner glass top stove in paytm on 10 feb 2016 (With the 2 years warranty). In this year april, while we was cooking suddenly the glass broken into pieces and luckily we were safe without any injury. After that we raised a complaint to pigeon customer care for the glass replacement on april month and it is almost 3 months but we are yet to get it replaced. We reached out to the chennai service center number. They say still they dont have a glass for replacing. We am deeply regretted for buying pigeon product. We are buying the branded items because we can get good and fast services but after 3 months also if we don't get spare it is really disappointing. Also the response from service center is also not satisfactory. Also we hope you know the importance of gas stove in the family and if pigeon don't have a spare for it kindly mention while pigeon sell or advertise. From now we will rethink buying pigeon product.
