Since 2 months sending regular reminder for this defective product but still no technician visit. Even this request escalated to country head but no response. Very pathetic company and terrible service. Never buy the product otherwise waste precious time in doing follow up. Defective product: its looks like particular this gas stove is a defective product, so looking for root analysis of the problem and solution for same. I would like to request you to replace this defective unit with new unit. So, looking to know your view on it. Warranty period: i have purchased this unit under 2 year warranty. So, i am looking for concrete solution for same. So, looking to know your view on it. I think already, i have provided the comprehensive feedback that would make you easy to understanding customer problem.
