[Resolved] Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft — Regarding Induction cooker replacement | |
Sir, I regret to inform you that I purchased Pigeon Induction cooker from Flipkart on 15th January 2021 but after 2 Months induction plate remove from cooker i trying to call customer care but noone pick my call so i write mail to Pigeon company for this issue so finally i got responce from Pigeon company and send me service center for product service but Service person request for Replacement on 16th April 2021 and Company Head Office approved for Replacement I mailed to Pigeon company 10 times but they con, t resolve my issue i request to concern person take action and order regarding this issue. May 5, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved First step i mail to company for issue after service center done formalities they request for Replacement after head office approved i have to wait 15 days so i complaint to consumer complaint and my shipment reach me on 5th may 2021 Pigeon Appliances / Stovekraft customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
