Unfortunately, I purchased an induction on 22 Sep 2024 and the induction did not work on 21 MARCH 2024. I have raised a service request (Ticket Number: PGN[protected]) to repair it. When I called the service center they told me your request was canceled due to you not being able to reach me, which is wrong. I am available all the time. My mobile is always switched on.
After that, I raised a request once again on 01 April 2024 (PGN[protected]) and called the service center more than 20 times (Screenshot attached). I have called the area manager but your area manager is not responding to my call. I shared all the information on WhatsApp but he did not reply to my message. Two times I visited (selfie attached) the service center and they said I don't have part of this machine. After many follow-ups, my induction machine has not been serviced to date. The call center executive neither helped nor shared my ticket status with me. What can I do?
Kindly share all information related to my ticket no. and status also.
