Pigeon Gas Stove — regarding gas stove not working properly and your distributor not support

Dear compliance team

This is to inform you that I have purchased one 3-BR gas stove of your company in the month of June 2018 and from 13 august two burner is not working after that I call to your local distributors and he told me that this is not our matter contact to company toll free number. After that I continue call to your toll free number but call very time not received by your caller after that I search your official mail id and mark mail to your company on dated 20th August 2018 and after that I have received mail from your company that fulfill all mandatory information and send us. As per instructions I have fulfill all mandatory information than received mail from your company that your complaint is register and our engineer will reach your home shortly .

This mail received on 20th august 2018 and today is 13 se 2018 till date nobody came for repair my stove.

Most important point

1- your distributor G C DAS and company from jabalpur is not proper support after lots of follow-up by me he given a number of your MP head on 9 se 2018. Very casual approach by your distributor. He said that my job is only selling product not looking service part. My question to if your distribution or able to support to any customer than why he taken s agency and what company take action against such distributor.

2- After received mobile number from your distributor on 9th sep I call to your mp head than he told me that talk my engineer and he provide me his number after that I talk to your service engineer and tell entire matter to mr Rajesh .

Surprised answer received from your service engineer that "MUJE SAPNA NAHI ATA HAI KI APKA STOVE KHARAB HAI"
After that I talk to him it's duty of your company that inform you. If your company not told you than who is responsible but his way of talking is very rood and last word he used that " Chal rakh phone"

I have all call reocording of during call . If you want I will provide you.

After that I talk to your mp head and tell entire matter but he don't lisiten my word and said you doing misbehave that why me and my engineer not repair your stove.

Please look into mater and resolved my issue also request you to take action against this type of employee those are pulling down of your company.

This is my last and final reminder to you. If my stove not correct within three working days after that I will eligible for go with consumer forum without and delay with all proof

I will buy glasstop gas stove at dmart in 5 months ago.it has several times having compliants.please send service man as soon as possible
