Pigeon — pigeon gas stove

I recently purchased pegion 3 burner gas stove but facing issue from the first week only... I purchased it from Amazon from the seller - cloudtail but the burners are not working properly and I even tried to contact the pegion customer care number but it always says that it is a wrong number... Don't know what to do feeling like taken a bad decision by taking a pegion stove
