Pigeon — worst service from pigeon

Hello,

I have this induction plus gas stove hybrid of pigeon which has a glass top. One day while cooking rice with pressure cooker suddenly the glass on the top broke into pieces.
No utensil was touching the glass surface still it got broken. I don't know what kind of product was that. I complained to the customer care and since it was under warranty i asked them to replace it for free but they kept on saying that glass warranty is not covered and you have to pay for it. I agree to that but i was asking for free because it got broken without anything touching it. But still they were adamant. After fighting a lot i had to loose and agreed on paying the charges.
So my complaint was registered, and the technician came and checked that and ordered the glass, said it will come in 4-5 days then i will come and change it.
But today it is more than a month, i keep on calling the technician he says glass is not yet arrived. I took pune's service coordinator's number ravi sidha and he only says that due to gst the billing is not happening so it is taking time. And now he has stopped picking up my calls as well.
Whenever i call customer care they just say we will talk to technician and let you know and then no one comes back.
How much more should i wait, my gas is broken, i am facing a lot of problem.
I want a replacement from pigeon for my gas stove. I can't wait anymore for billing to happen and then get my glass replaced.
I have no other option left but to go to consumer court.
