Pinhealth.com — non receipt of patanjali ayurvedic product | |||||
I ordered patanjali ayurvedic product from pinhealth.com with order no or1650cb-002a for rs 688 on 29th aug 2017. I have paid the amount on 2nd sept, 2017 vide razorpay. Pinhealth.com's third party delivery company xpressbees through their awb:[protected] delivered on 2nd sept @ 6-10p. M and asked for cash. Even after showing that i have paid by credit card, xpressbess delivery executive with mob no [protected] did not listen and taken back the delivery box. I have complained the same to pinhealth.com vide mail:[protected]@pinhealth.com on 6th sept 2017, but no reply till time. I could not contact them as there is no contact no in their website. Further since pinhealth is under the umbrella of medlife, i have called medlife @[protected] on date and they also could not provide any lead. Kindly advise. Was this information helpful? | |||||

after 3 days got confirmation stating order is cancelled
They are cheaters, and this company is also fake...Very poor customer service...My order ID was PIN831848 confirmed (Reference-Id : 903013)...
Order ID: OR3782SAB-001A. I got a damaged product...The herbal capsules and the box was broken and damaged..I've been requesting them to send me a replacement product, but they it's been more few weeks, still no sign of support or help.
Everytime they keep saying we have forwarded the problem to the concerned Team, but I still haven't got a replacement product...Total waste of Money...
Kindly REFUND me the full AMOUNT back, or else I will take LEGAL action against your company...
