Piramal Realty — Cancellation of flat booking. Piramal Revanta mulund

We booked a flat 2bhk in March 2019. with Piramal Rivanta mulund west. The price assured by sales person was less as per the upcoming GST on property.
But unfortunately the gst remained at 12%.
Since with this gst the price was out of my budget.
I requested for cancellation and also requested for the refund pf booking amount unfortunately they did not agree to refund hence i m requesting you to plz intervene and kindly help us to get back our hard earn money.
Payment done: Ra. 1, 67, 741/-
