[Resolved] Pizza Hut — Amount Deducted in Netbanking and No order placed | |||
I ordered for one pizza online last night (23rd Oct 2014) on Pizza Hut India Website. Paid for the bill of Rs 534.38 through NetBanking from my ICICI Bank Account. (Transaction ID reference BIL/[protected]/PGMIB-/PIZZAHUT_AICI35) I got the msg online that my payment has been transferred, however, soon after my screen displayed the msg "Server could not be found") . When I called Pizza hut No, they told me that they don't have my order and the money will be refunded to me in 21 working days. Then I placed the order again through phone and paid cash on delivery. I am writing this complaint because exactly same thing happened with me some months back also and I never got my refund of Rs 530. Was this information helpful? | |||
