Pizza Hut — Dead fly in the garlic bread

I had ordered food from Pizza Hut, Amar Jyoti Layout, Inner Ring Road, Domlur, Bangalore - 71 outlet on June 30, 2015 at 8:16PM with order no.[protected]. I was disgusted to see a dead fly in the garlic bread. I have clicked the photos and have the bill details with me. I will intimate the food regulatory authorities and will approach consumer forum as well for justice. It is a SHAME that pizza hut is supplying food with dead flies/rubbish in it while the consumers trust the brand so much. I hope you will take notice of the matter and take appropriate action.
