[Resolved] Pizza Hut — Fraudulent services from pizza hut | |||
Hi sir, I ordered a pizza on 22nd feb, 14 (Order no: 167) from pizza hut sector-23 gurgaon branch. I was provided a bill of the order and on the bill it was mentioned take a survey at www. Feedphback.Co.In within next 3 days and get 15% off on next bill. I did the same and now when i ordered the pizza on 23rd feb and asked for the discount. I was clearly said by pizza hut staff that no discount will be given on your order. Please look into the matter asap so that pizza hut stop their fraudulent services to dupe consumers. I have the hardcopy of the bill with me on which it is clearly written about 15% discounts. It is good service but delivery is so late

I do agree. I had called on the toll free number from mumbai and the call was recd at chennai. The lady who recd the call was not at all competent to take the order. I somehow managed to place my order and waited for the delivery. I stay at Lamington Road in mumbai and the nearest Pizza Hut is near CST. After endless waiting i get a call from the CST store saying that they were sorry that they wuld be unable to deliver the order since my place was too far away from the pizza hut restaurant. It was so amusing. Lamington Road being too far away from CST. Just could not believe my ears... So i ended up without having my pizza. But i did the next best thing. I called up Dominoes and within half an hour i got the delivery.

It has a 5 star service and as well as very good taste, I like the way they serve and respond to our demands.
It's gud... .but takes much tym to deliver and chicken pieces r too less
its giving a good service and i like one dessert choco chip cockie Sunday it is very nice...

Very good srvice in jabalpur i like it very much !!! Only problem is there is no drinking water provided in outlets like dominoes
