[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — Complaint regarding refund from Pizza Hut Delhi - Tilak Nagar.

I had ordered Pizza on 31st January for location Ashok Nagar, it was online order so it's by default reflected/selected for Tilak Nagar Location.

I had received call from the Team and he said "Mam we can not deliver this on your address so we are going to cancel your order and you will receive call from head office" and he cancelled the order. Again i had received the call from head office same day and he committed for refund within 3-4 working days.

But still i have not received single call after that complaint regarding my refund and it's not refunded yet.

Resolved the issue with direct visit...no one is helping here on consumer complaint

We do have pizzahut store in kanpur, but while placing order drop down menu not show kanpur as option in the list. phone number also not available all the time.
