Sir/Madam Complaint regarding Pizza Hut Bahadurgarh Branch which is Shop no 5 Triple Metroplex in Bahadurgarh. On 15th May around 8:45 pm I Aseem Jolly a customer of pizza hut outlets called up two times from my number i.e ([protected])on the given contact number to place a order but no body picked the phone. After 15 minutes when I reached at the store on the counter there was a sales executive named Mr. Kundan whosaid that we are busy in service as there is shortess of the staff so we didn't picked up the call and directly he said please mail a complaint to our Senior Head for the concern. Which was very annoying and a bull ### answer to a customer. So I request you to see into this matter as soon as possible.
