Pizza Hut India — delivery not done, payment taken

I have made an order on 27th may at 9:16 pm (order number[protected]. I didnt received the order booking details against the same though payment was done, Payment number -
pay_AGAckMpQBeFRJx
I waited for hours for delivery. Later at 11:13 pm i received the booking confirmation mail with scheduled delivery time of 10:15 pm.
Till date no order is delivered to me or any refund being initiated. I am going to complaint to consumer court if i m not refunded soon. Online customer care numbers are also not working.
