Pizza Hut India — I didn't get my refund from pizza hut

Hi ordered pizza from pizza hut on 6th jan 9:15 pm amount us detected from my account but the order is not placed. I paid from the google pay and pizza hut using the gateway of razorpay. So amount is received by the razorpay. I raise multiple complaints to razorpay but they never reply to me and never call me. So the amount is 1467.90 rs. They never take my problem seriously. I always in recommended my friends to order pizza from pizza hut but for now I always says that please do not order from pizza hut. You gusy are west my 1 month you to pay for this.
