Hi, i ordered pizza on 18th nov 2017 and the amount of 1804 was also deducted fro my account. However some time later i received a call back from pizza hut person mentioning that payment was failed due to server issue and we'll have to repay. They said that we'll get the refund in 21 days maximum. Its more than that and we have been continuously following up with them, however none from the pizza hut staff, accounts team is able to help us. Everyone has raised their hands saying that they cant do much about it.
Need help.
