[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — Money debited from creditcard but no order confirmed, no bill generated online.

I ordered pizza for rs 537 from online account on 17/08/2016. Money deducted from credit card, but bill didn't generated. So i have to order again by cash on delivery. I didnot received any cancellation mail or sms and money did not refunded.

Error message was like could not retrieve from sql table.

Sincere apologies as we noticed you were trying to place an order which could not go through.in case your money has been debited, please be assured that it will be refunded back.
Request to please try placing the order via “cash-on-delivery” as our payment gateway service provider might be facing an outage

I received a SMS from DM-HDFCBK "Ur transaction on HDFC Bank CREDIT Card Ending xxxx for s. 537.00 has been credited/reversed by PIZZAHUT on 2016-08-20"

Pizza Hut India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I ordered a pan pizza and they gave me a thick layered raw half baked pizza and neither they have given us bill. I talked for 20 minutes to that guy and still no result..Please respond ASAP..
