Pizza Hut India — no trace of order | |||
I ordered dinner (3 pizzas) today at around 8.10pm. The order was supposed to be delivered from the Banjara Hills road no. 12, Hyderabad outlet. It is over 2hours now and I have made several calls to check if the order was accepted and is being delivered. The call center confirmed that the order was on the way and they will get the concerned outlet to call but nothing! I am surprised at the lack of professionalism and apathy towards a customer.
