I had ordered for a pizza online on[protected] on 5/1/18, which was not delivered to me, excuse given was my mb no was not reachable, this was told after 1.30 minutes when i called asking why the delay, that day i cancelled the order, then again on 6/1/18, i spoke to ms nagamani, to order pizza again not delivered, when i called asking why they said i had not ordered, i got angry n wished to speak to seniors but was kept on hold for 13 minutes, n the call was cut, i recalled and ms ramya who took the call spoke something rude in telugu language n when i told her that i heard what she said she put me on hold for 11 minutes n disconnected the call, i called again n spoke to mr kiran, who again cut the call, this type of agents in customer service is taking your joint name to teters, if the agents don't pass on the orders to the branch then what is the use of hotline number which u advertise, n the recording which is giving false assurance that you can order online n get delivery, the agents insisted that they can't transfer the line to seniors is it true u don't have senior authority in customer service section pathetic attitude from ur side.
