Hi,
I placed the order on nov 1 2:48 pm however the order was not placed properly or as i was told cancelled due to a technical error. This is the second time i had to face this issue.
I called and was told that there was some technical glitch. I asked them to place the order again and honor the 30 min guarantee that was offered. However the rep refused and i was asked to pay. I asked why was i not informed about this and the rep said that they indeed tried to contact me however my umber was out of reach.
I asked the same in writing however was again refused so i asked for the supervisor who also said the same things about technical glitch and tried to make some hollow and fake promises about contacting the restaurant and checking if they can offer any partial discounts. He admitted that the order id was not generated so there is no chance of call getting placed at the end he just gave me the escalation email address to end the call.
So there was no help at all and were only attempts to fool me. Was this information helpful? |
