Order placed on 20 July, 2017, I had ordered a pizza from the Shapath branch at Ahmedabad, and I did not receive my order in thr stipulated time. When I called the helpline, I was told that it will reach me in 10 mins and the manager would call me. I received no call, not the order. When I called again, I asked for the manager to contact me. Again, I received nothing. Then on calling again and asking for a refund, as one hour had already passed, the call centre executive Vijay Kumar put me on hold. I remained on hold for 5 full minutes. I cut the called and called back, only to find that they have blocked my number. When I called from an alternative number, they picked up the call and assured me that they would connect me to the manager, and again put me on hold. Now they are not picking any calls, and the store has also not contacted me. The delivery boy reached 1.5 hours later and was harassing me to take the order, which was stone cold.
