Pizza Hut India — Online order did not delivered and the store manager is not ready to return money.

I have ordered online pizza on 7th april around 9:35. After 1 hour 15 minutes the called and they said they will not be able to deliver the order so they are going to refund the money. After that 2 times i registered the complaint and almost 20 time i have called them but no response from pizza hut till now. Each time i call pizzahut they give praveen number but he is not responding to my call. Praveen (Store manager): [protected]. Each time i call him he is not responding properly. Now pizza hut india customer care is telling they can't do any thing in this matter speak to manager. So if manager is not responding they are not responsible for the order they are behaving like that. This complaint is to tell them if they won't reply properly i will reach to many people about their business procedure in india. If so please take necessary step on this issue.
