Pizza Hut India — online service - payment collected from bank but order cancelled by pizza hut | |||||
Hi, I am quite unhappy with the service by pizza hut.. My wife is unwell and placed order online for the kids however my first experience is pathetic. After placing the order and making payment - i got error message stating the transaction will be cancelled on pizza hut website. However the payment of rs.1018.34 has been debited from my account. When i call pizza hut they confirm order is not placed and the money debited will be returned in next 11-21 working days... I am very unhappy with this as i was asked to make another order and pay again.. My expereince with you has been unpleasant and i strongly feel this is a fraud... If you have technical glitch you need to resolve instead putting us through the trouble.. I have to order something else for the kids now.. I would definetlely tell all my friends and colleagues to never visit pizza hut ever again... Was this information helpful? | |||||
