Pizza Hut India — order has been confirmed but the amount has been deducted. | |||||
I have ordered a pizza 22 sept 2018 and the amount has been deducted from paytm and the order has been not placed. I have asked the store and they confirmed that there is no order with my number/name. When i have called the customer service they claim that it is problem with paytm. When i call the paytm they claim that the transaction is successful from there end and pizza hut should refund the amount and if they calim that it was not sucessful ask them to send a mail. Once again when i called the pizza hut customer care they say they do not have any email id to confirm and amount will be refunded in 3 days still i have not received my amount rs-435.76..
