[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — order not accepted but money deducted for online delivery | |||
On tue, may 19, i book 2 pizzas from the online site to deliver to my premises. But while confirming the booking and while processing payments, the payment got deducted and the order booking failed. I found no place to lodge the complain in pizza hut site. Only what i done is lodge the complaint to the payment processing site and a ticket is raised with no : 2982248 which was expected to resolve with 8 hours. But i got no response from them. I want an immediate solution and get my money back to my account. The email attached below for reference.
