[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — Order thru Swiggy not delivered for one and a half hours. No response from PH | |||
Yesterday, Sun 08 Aug 2021 ordered a pizza and sides at 6:26 p.m. from PH Fort outlet Mumbai (near CST Main Rly station) thru Swiggy. Till 8:00 p.m. they did not even deliver the order to the Swiggy delivery person, nor were they contactable. The PH no. provided on the Swiggy app was giving a wrong number message. Also came to know from the Swiggy delivery person that apart from him, there were 10 other people waiting outside and no staff had come out to even address their problem. So no way to get thru. Ultimately cancelled the order. If this type of attitude is displayed by an international chain its disastrous to the brand as people have alternatives and ultimately your business will crash. Ultimately your choice to look into the matter and pull up the branch people or not. Was this information helpful? | |||
