On 22nd feb at 9:29 pm my order no. 270 8802 of Rs. 1228.50 was cancelled after making payment through axis credit card but still I have not yet refunded by the amount of Rs. 1228.50.

Immediately after making payment, I got a sms with Message that "your order 2713972 is cancelled. Would you like to order some thing else? www.pizzahut.co.in."
Not able to understand why it is happened and when calling to customer care, they listen for 2 minutes and after that saying they are not hearing, disconnected the call.
It is happened twice to us. Yesterday and today 11:15am.
Can I expect a call from your customer care why it is happened ?
