[Resolved]  Pizza Hut India — payment deducted - order unsuccessful - no refund

I ordered a pizza via online website in pizza hut, nallagandla, hyderabad. However, order was not successful even though money was deducted.

I did call the customer care with no avail other than suggesting it will refunded.

An amount of inr 576.46 has to be refunded which has not happened till now.
