Pizza Hut India — pizza hut bad experience | |||||
I placed the order no. 10581214 on 23rd june. My experience was really bad. There were multiple issues with the order. - i placed this order on pizza hut website, but the order was delivered by zomato. How come you share my details with zomato. This is a real privacy concern. - your person did not know about the pizza hut rules. Like i wanted to pay using pizza hut gift voucher but he did not know about this. This wasted around 5 minutes - as per my order, the amount to be paid was rs 540.76 (Rounded to rs 541). But as per the delivery boy the amount was rs 588. I refused to pay rs 588. He called up zomato and even they told me to pay rs 588. I called up pizza hut, they advised him to collect 541 but he was still adamant on collecting rs 588. This whole process wasted around half an hour. By the time i ate pizzas they were not fresh as it was already more than half an hour since the order was delivered. I see following from you - refund of rs 541 paid towards pizzas as the pizzas were not fresh by the time i ate and it was your fault - rs 2000 for wasting my time. - rs 1, 00, 000 for privacy breach and the harassment caused due to this incident Was this information helpful? | |||||
