[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — pizza hut service - delivery etiquette and immoral delivery practice | |||
I ordered a pizza from a delivery center which is less than 10 mins drive from home - delivery order no = 15981933 date 14-nov-2019. The delivery was scheduled at 9:04 pm - the delivery was updated as delivered at 9:30 pm. The delivery boy physically came strolling in my house after 10:00 pm. When i called the local no[protected], the person was making me understand it was a "system bug". They are not willing to accept they are doing this to avoid penalty. On top of it - the delivery boy was not at all well behaved - he said something like "i was roaming in the street - so i was late". today some guy called Ahsan called - was saying he was the manager of the outlet - but did not say anything conclusive - I have lodged complaint no 1738073 in NCDRC . Pizza hut looks least bothered and continue looting .
