Pizza Hut India — Problem in payment | |||
Hello, I recently ordered pizza on date 13 January 2017.I placed the order from the Pizza Hut application for ios.While checking out or at the time of choose payment option, I selected netbanking and was directed to my bank's website to complete the transaction.When I had finally completed the transaction and was being directed back to the app, it showed a message that 'an error has occured and the order has not been placed'. Then I decided to pay through cash and rebuilt my order.And yes it was successfully placed amounting to the same amount of Rs 413.84 that I was previously paying through netbanking. I had thought since the app had shown an error when I ordered first that the order hadn't been placed and hence no transaction took place.But after checking my bank statement I had noticed that this amount had been deducted from my account even though I had to pay through cash afterwards.Meaning I paid twice for the same exact order. I noticed this when I got a mail from the bank confirming that a transaction took place and Rs 413.84 have been deducted from my account.My order no. is[protected] as it is shown above. And also my transaction ID (the transaction that I supposed had not happened) is [protected] which was directed towards payee BILL DESK on Jan, 13, 2017. I hope that the matter would be fixed.
