Dear Sir,
On 17 feb 2017, I have placed online order through mobile and my account has been debitted INR 1, 457.56 and got the message that order cannot be completed. When I contacted customer care, they adviced that the refund will be made to my account but till now no refund has been done.

Please refund the amount to my account else we would have have no option to contact the consumer court for the same.
