Pizza Hut India — Refund not happened for failed transaction at pizzahut website

Herewith I wish to register a complaint with reference to below failed transaction. The amount was debited when I used my debit card on 24th Dec 2016 but still the payment was not yet reversed as credit.

Transaction Date - 24/12/2016
Paid - TO ECOM:BDR00001-PIZZAHUT MUMBAI MHIN :
Amount - Rs. 697.70

I have confirmed with Bank and they have confirmed that money has been transferred to PIZZAHUT.
This is completely unprofessional and un ethical Refund my money immediately.
